May 18 marked the beginning of the construction of Toyota Santa Rosa (TSR). This is in line with the No. 1 automotive company’s plans of making its products and services more accessible to people who reside or work in nearby areas. The ceremony was attended by Atty. Rommel R. Gutierrez, president, Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines Inc.; Jose Ariel T. Arias, president, TSR; Dr. David T. Go, chairman, TSR; City of Santa Rosa Mayor Arlene B. Arcillas; Satoru Suzuki, president, Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP); Constancia L. Dones, barangay captain, Pulong Santa Cruz, City of Santa Rosa; Yohei Murase, executive vice president, marketing division, TMP; Rene So, president, Toyota Dealers Association; and Catherine Ko, executive vice president, Federal Land Inc.
Located along the Santa Rosa-Tagaytay Road, TSR is the largest Toyota dealer in Region 4A in terms of building floor area. It will be the third Toyota dealership in the province of Laguna. With a lot size of 8,000 square meter and a floor area of more than 19,000 sq m, TSR can house a total of 10 showroom car display units. Aside from sales, the dealership is also a one-stop shop for parts availability and vehicle servicing for the convenience of TSR’s customers. TSR is expected to hold its inauguration in the second quarter of 2017.
