Retail prices went up in Metro Manila, or the National Capital Region (NCR), at the start of the third quarter, according to data released by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA).

Govt sets Sept launch of north interim bus terminal in Caloocan

Preparations are under way to transform a swampy and disheveled 1-hectare lot into an interim north provincial bus terminal in Caloocan City as end-point for at least 376 provincial buses from Northern Luzon in a bid to solve the perennial traffic- congestion problem along Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (Edsa).

PSEi drops anew on investors’ extended profit-taking stance

Share prices closed lower for the second straight session on Friday, as many investors extended their profit-taking stance.

The Philippine Stock Exchange index (PSEi) shed 49.81 points to close at 7,050.89, while other subindices ended mixed.
