CALAPAN Ventures Inc., a subsidiary of listed Jolliville Holdings Corp., disclosed on Monday slight adjustments relating to the timetable of its planned initial public offering (IPO) next month that is expected to raise for the company up to P105.4 million.

In a regulatory filing, Calapan Ventures said the close of its book-building process and subsequent final pricing of the offer shares have been moved to November 4. The book-building period was originally set to end October 21 and final pricing on October 24.

The company did not state the reason for the delay. The timing of the pure domestic IPO remains unchanged and will run from November 14 to November 18. The tentative listing date has been set on November 24.

Calapan Ventures has already obtained approval from the PSE to sell 42.16 million new shares from P2 each to as much as P2.50 each. The offer shares are equivalent to a quarter of the company’s expanded outstanding stock.

The company intends to use the proceeds to fund the rehabilitation and expansion of its subsidiary Calapan Waterworks Corp. based in Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro. Calapan Ventures could be the third company to list on PSE this year after building contractor Megawide Construction Corp.’s P2.3-billion IPO in February followed by the P7.5-billion IPO of supermarket chain Puregold Price Club Inc. in September.

A fourth company, Touch Solutions Inc., is planning to proceed with its initial share sale from November 21 to November 28, selling 22 million primary shares for up to P4.50 each. Other companies like SMC Global Power Holdings Corp., which is raising up to P36.9 billion, and Cirtek Holdings Philippines Corp., which will raise up to P660 million, will proceed with their respective listing plans this year, depending on market conditions.
