CITYSTATE Properties & Management Corp. (CPMC), the fast-rising real-estate developer behind the luxury mountainside community Sandari Batulao, honored its top performing sellers for 2011 at a lavish awarding ceremony held on January 18 at the Ambassador Hall of the Manila Grand Opera Hotel.
Emerging as the Top Broker for 2011 was A&M Luckyland Realty, led by Ma. Lualhati Rojales, followed by Southpoint Consultancy & Property Development Inc. (formerly Profound Land Ventures) and Good Fortune Home Provider Corp. under the leadership of Cirila de los Santos and Emil Licerio, respectively. Awarded as the Top Sales Managers were Amelita Lejano, Elsielyn Rollo and Sonia Licerio, all coming from the year’s top three broker groups. Meanwhile, Quirino Lejano Jr. and Ben Marella, both from A&M Luckyland Realty, and Elsie Panganiban of Good Fortune Home Provider Corp. were named the Top Three Sales Agents. Aside from receiving plaques, all winners also took home cash awards.
“We recognize the immense importance and value of our brokers and agents. The only way that we can achieve success is through their support and hard work,” said CPMC vice president for marketing and sales Kenneth Blanco. “That is why we are holding these awards to acknowledge and give them the recognition that they deserve. We hope that this event will inspire more of our sellers to aim for these awards next year. We are also continually improving our incentive programs to keep them motivated in selling for Sandari Batulao.”
Aside from awarding the year’s top sellers, the event also served as a kickoff for what is expected to be another good year for Sandari Batulao and its sales force. Milestones from 2011 were presented to the guests along with the project and construction developments scheduled to commence soon. Further heightening the sellers’ enthusiasm to close more sales was the presentation of the incentive program being implemented for the first quarter of 2012. They also enjoyed a sumptuous buffet while being treated to an afternoon of fun, live entertainment and other surprise treats.
Sandari Batulao is an hour-and-a-half drive from Makati via the South Luzon Expressway through Santa Rosa and is a short 10-minute travel from Metro Tagaytay.
