FAST-RISING real estate developer Citystate Properties & Management Corp. (CPMC) recently awarded land titles to the first batch of lot owners at Nalé in Sandari Batulao, its 800-hectare flagship project located in the highlands of Nasugbu, Batangas.

Along with the Transfer Certificate of Title, other documents including the Deed of Absolute Sale, Tax Declaration, Tax Clearance Certificate, Certificate Authorizing Registration and Lot Plan were also turned over to the lot owners, which means that they can now commence with the construction of their homes at Sandari Batulao.

Batangas-born Certified Public Accountant, businesswoman and pastor Cirilia de los Santos, was among those who received their titles during the turnover ceremony. Having grown up in Nasugbu, de los Santos has always been captivated by the beauty and charm of Batulao and believes that her life is intertwined with the place. “As a little girl, I have always dreamed of building a home in Batulao,” shared de los Reyes. “I have so many fond memories of this place from my childhood as my father was the Kapitan del Barrio of Kaylaway for 30 years and I have spent the most important milestone of my life there. When I found out that Batulao was now being developed by CPMC into a high-end mountainside community, I wasted no time in purchasing a lot so I can finally realize that childhood dream of mine.”

De los Santos is greatly impressed with the project that she has also become an accredited seller of Sandari Batulao as part of the Profound Land broker group. She is also the first lot owner at Sandari Batulao to avail of the bank loan takeout through Citystate Savings Bank.

Sandari Batulao is an hour-and-a-half drive from Makati via the South Luzon Expressway through Sta. Rosa and is a short 10-minute trip from Metro Tagaytay. Call 894.3019, 817.5876 local 162 or visit www.sandaribatulao.com for more information.
