LPG prices up anew

E-mail Print PDF
THE price of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) has begun to go up again.

Over the weekend, Petron Corp. and Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corp. increased the price of LPG by P1 per kilo or P11 for an 11-kilo gas tank on Friday morning, while Total (Philippines) Corp. raised its LPG products by the same level.

Petron said it also increased the price of autogas—LPG used as car fuel—by 63 centavos per liter-equivalent.

The latest price increases was attributed to the rise in the international contract price of LPG.
