SUZUKI Philippines Inc. (SPH) has launched its latest-generation scooter, the Skydrive 125.  A radically designed scooter that embodies the concept of a katana or samurai sword, the Skydrive’s features are sharp and well-defined, which Suzuki claims have dethroned the Italian scooters in terms of style.

WHEN it comes to motorcycles, those coming from the boot of Italy (read: the Italian peninsula) are known to be collectors’ items due to their heritage and their build quality. Whether it’s the Aprilia, Moto Guzzi, Gilera, Ducati big bikes or the scooters/light bikes of Piaggio and Vespa—Italian two-wheeled or three-wheeled transport are much-coveted items.
