Jollibee affirmed its standing as the leading fast food chain in the country following its conferment of The President’s Award, the highest recognition given during the   11th Franchise Excellence Awards (FEA). Organized by the Philippine Franchise Association (PFA) in cooperation with the Department of Trade and Industry and the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the FEA is the most coveted industry award in the Philippine franchising sector aimed at recognizing companies which have exhibited excellence in business growth and ethical practices.

The President’s Award is given to Philippine franchise companies which have become benchmarks in market penetration and overseas expansion, thus proudly raising the country’s flag in foreign shores.  Acknowledged as one of the most admired companies in Asia and a Filipino brand icon, Jollibee was cited on the strength of its successful local and international expansion, resulting in a double digit business growth for the fastfood chain in 2010.
