HOW do you keep things hot from beginning to end of your meal without a boring moment to spare? Dining at Diamond Hotel’s Yurakuen Japanese Restaurant will provide you with a most convincing answer with its Teppanyaki eat-all-you-can.

Quality food is prepared before your very eyes, which helps whet not just the appetite, but stimulate food appreciation.  Prepare to be dazzled by the flair-filled presentation of a skilled master chef and ultimately feast on a superb Japanese repast cooked to perfection.

See how a US Beef Rib Eye changes color as it goes from raw to medium level of doneness. Savor its irresistible aroma as it sizzles on the pan. Witness how imported scallops vibrate and make a sound as their water content comes in contact with the hot pan. Feel the heat generated from the bursts of flames as baby lamb chops are being cooked.

Considered priceless here is that food is given the attention it deserves. Diners get to immediately savor every morsel of food hot off the pan. So no matter how many dishes the chef concocts, there won’t be a jumble of flavors in your mouth.

To whet the appetite, start off with a platter of sashimi and sushi to seaweed salads. Then feast over unlimited servings of prized seafood and meat such as blue marlin belly, salmon, codfish, Spanish cod, US scallops, tiger shrimps, US beef rib eye, US beef tenderloin and baby lamb chop, among others. Complement it with vegetables: spinach, mushrooms (such as oyster, shiitake, enoki), asparagus and vegetable jelly. Side it up with fried rice of your choice: kimchi, beef, pork, seafood, mixed or even with Japanese pizza! Then cap it off with flamed fruit desserts over ice cream of your choice.

Come for an early dinner and complete the scene with the famed sunset of the Manila Bay before you (or, think of it as the orb in the Japanese flag for that virtual banzai experience).

Say konnichiwa to the Teppanyaki Eat-All-You-Can every lunch and dinner at Diamond Hotel’s Yurakuen for only P1970+ per person with unlimited flow of standard drinks, local beer and Kirin beer.
