Eton said in a statement that the new project, to be called One Centris Place, will be the first of two master-planned towers in the area. One Centris Place will have 597 units and will be turned over to buyers by end-2015, Eton said.
The project will feature 1- and 2-bedroom units. Prices range from P2.1 million for the 1-bedroom units and P3.6 million for the 2-bedroom units.
“One Centris Place promises residents a comfortable lifestyle in an exceptional location. The project answers increasing demand for a strategically-located address in Quezon City”, Eton president and chief operating officer Danilo Ignacio said in the statement.
Apart from retail establishments, Eton Centris also contains office buildings that cater to business process outsourcing firms.
The first two office buildings have been fully leased out while construction plans for the third and fourth office buildings are underway and are slated for turnover by end of 2012.
Eton reported earlier that net income in the nine months through September rose 13 percent to P600.63 million. Revenues jumped 20 percent to P3.76 billion on the company continued to complete residential projects.
