GLOBE Telecom Inc. and Puregold Price Club Inc. have strengthened their partnership by offering commercial load service in all checkout counters of any Puregold branch.
In March, Globe introduced the point of sale (POS) loading service for personal top-ups, making Puregold the first hypermarket store in the country to make this offering.
Last week, the POS commercial load service was launched. Globe Autolad Max (AMAX) retailers can now buy prepaid credits from P500 to P150,000 in Puregold’s 25,000 checkout counters.
The commercial POS loading is exclusively available to Globe AMAX dealers who are also Aling Puring club members.
Puregold opened its 83rd branch on Sunday, said Co, who added that the fastest-growing hypermarket and supermarket chain in the country will close the year with 100 stores in Luzon and 150 stores in 2013. It is eyeing stores in key cities including Davao, Rizal, Cavite, Bataan, Pangasinan, Baguio City, Ilocos Norte, Caloocan, Bulacan, Camarines Sur, Laguna, Quezon City, Legaspi City, Iloilo City, Leyte, Cebu City, Tarlac City, La Union and Albay.
