REAL-ESTATE developer Citystate Properties and Management Corp. (CPMC) celebrates its 10th anniversary at Sandari Batulao, a leisure and residential mountainside community it is developing in Nasugbu, Batangas.
CPMC is the property development arm of the ALC Group of Companies organized by the late Ambassador Antonio L. Cabangon Chua. The group includes the Fortune Insurance Group, Eternal Group and a media group that includes the BusinessMirror, a broadsheet daily; Pilipino Mirror, a daily tabloid; Philippines Graphic newsweekly magazine; Aliw Broadcasting Corp.; and other media entities.
Located at the foot of Mount Batulao and Mount Talamitam along the Batangas-Tagaytay National Road in Nasugbu, the project is being developed in three phases. Construction of the first phase, a residential community known as Nale, is about to be completed.
Highlights of the celebration are a thanksgiving Mass to be celebrated by Fr. Quini Magpantay of the Nasugbu Church and the handing out of service awards. The service awardees are led by D. Michelle Cabangon Chua, president of CPMC; Analyn Barangas, sales officer on-site; and Romano Evangelista, heavy equipment operator.
Rufina Cabangon Chua, vice chairman, will give the welcome remarks, while expected guests are community and business leaders of Nasugbu and top executives of the ALC Group of Companies.
