HEAVY rains failed to dampen the festive mood at the Nalé Open House held last Oct. 1 where fast-rising real-estate company Citystate Properties and Management Corp. (CPMC) organized a tree-planting activity as part of its efforts in promoting environmental consciousness as it builds a sustainable and eco-sensitive community.
Planted during the event were Golden Shower trees whose yellow cascading flowers are anticipated to accentuate the development’s Southeast Asian theme once it populates the streets of Nalé.
Participating in the tree-planting activity were CPMC officers, partners and guests, along with Nalé lot owners who are greatly encouraged to be CPMC’s partners in advocating and practicing environmental conservation.
Guests of the open house were treated to a sumptuous lunch buffet as young ones unleashed their creativity with fun crafts and a balloon-twisting demo at the Kid’s Station, while those who wanted souvenir pictures of the event trooped to the highly popular photo booth. Also, a shower of freebies and discounts were given to spot-cash buyers who immediately made reservations for their chosen lots after experiencing firsthand the cool, breezy climate and beautiful, scenic sights of the property.
Nalé is the first residential offering of Sandari Batulao, CPMC’s flagship project spanning 800 hectares of lush greens, majestic sceneries and pristine surroundings master planned into one, complete township for that uniquely modern, relaxed and eco-centric lifestyle.
Resting at the foot of Mt. Batulao, regarded as the European Alps of Luzon by mountaineers, Sandari Batulao is a prime embodiment of responsible property development with its utmost regard for the environment and the natural topography of the land where it sits on in every aspect of its planning, construction and design.
Sandari Batulao is an hour-and-a-half drive from Makati via the South Luzon Expressway through Sta. Rosa and is a short 10-minute travel from Metro Tagaytay.
