CITYSTATE Properties and Management Corp. through Benjamin V. Ramos and executive vice president and general manager J. Wilfredo A. Cabangon, announced the appointment of four key officers as the company goes full blast into the development and construction of Sandari Batulao, a mountainside leisure and residential project in Nasugbu, Batangas. ![]()
Appointed were Brig. Gen. Amado L. Melo Jr. (retired), vice president for land management; Ma. Angela Y. Zalazar, vice president, business development and marketing; Ma. Melanie D. Foz, vice president, sales network; and architect Arthur J. Butac, assistant vice president, technical unit. Citystate Properties is a joint venture of Filipino and Singaporean investors that include Citystate Group, Fortune Insurance Group, and Eternal Group of Companies, headed by Ambassador Antonio L. Cabangon Chua, and Citystate Management Group Holdings Pte. Ltd., headed by Singaporean business leader Leow Siak Fah. Sandari Batulao will rise on an 800-hectare property located in barangay Caylaway, nestled at the foot of Mount Batulao and Mount Talamitam in Nasugbu town. The initial phase of the project involves the development of a 41-hectare garden community that features scenic lots ranging from 250 to 700 sq m.
