AVAYA launched on Thursday its full suite of cloud and on-premises solutions to enable Filipino companies to better engage internally and with their customers beyond their organizations.
In today’s modern era, businesses of all sizes should resort to capacity-building for their teams and attend to their customers’ needs with passion and purpose, said Edgar Doctolero, Avaya’s country director for the Philippines.
“Increasingly they want to do that in a cloud-enabled environment—and with the flexibility and speed demanded by today’s mobile, app-enabled users,” he said.
At the exclusive “Avaya Engages Makati” event in Makati City, the company bared its focus on delivering tangible business benefits for local customers.
“Everything should be mobile, all available in the cloud, supported by a robust fabric network solution built for today’s business needs,” the executive said. In this regard, Avaya offers three different deployment options—the Avaya Powered Cloud Services, Avaya Branded Cloud Services and Avaya Private Cloud Services—to provide a flexible approach designed to each individual client’s requirements.
Their benefits include allowing a third party to manage the complexity of the communication environment, the flexibility to turn on and off services rapidly, deployment savings, and equal security and reliability levels available in on-premises solutions. A modern network is needed to deliver Avaya’s team and customer-engagement solutions. Besides supporting quick application deployment, it helps manage whatever issue that may arise in the process and eventually enable the customer to recover from it as fast as possible.
Through its Fabric Connect technology, the company showed how a fabric network backs up modern application-enabled mobile-engagement environments.
A survey last year of Avaya customers who already deployed it said that implementation time was 11 times faster; that troubleshooting and configuration times were both reduced by seven times; and outages due to human error were all eliminated. During the event, the company bared various developments that have taken place just recently, including its acquisition of the Canadian firm Esna to accelerate communications-enabled applications for effortless engagement; the availability of its SDN Fx architecture that takes a fabric-based way of delivering even greater simplicity and a “connect anything anywhere” approach; and its winning the 2015 Frost & Sullivan Contact Center Applications Vendor of the Year in the Philippines, following similar awards in both Thailand and Malaysia..
“We look forward to continuing to lead the communications market in the country and to innovating for our customers’ future success,” Doctolero said of their commitment to the Philippines.
Avaya is a leading provider of solutions that enable customer and team engagement across multiple channels and devices for better customer experience, increased productivity and enhanced financial performance.
