What’s fancier than having a little bubbly for brunch? Having a little bubbly during the weekend. And weekdays. In fact, every day for the next month or so.
Makati Diamond Residences is offering guests who dine at Alfred, its premier dining outlet, unlimited champagne to go with its delicious buffet every day (until March 20) for P850 (weekdays) and P1,000 (weekends).

Of course, champagne flowed throughout the room as members of the media swilled, sipped and tasted four different champagnes, including John Vesselle, Champagne Delamotte, Gosset and Besserat de Bellefon, as well as different cocktails created by Alfred’s bartender.
The 24-hour restaurant, named after a fictitious butler, will offer the Weekday Champagne promo—unlimited champagnes and tapa, including the different types of Jamon Iberico for only P850 net per person—from 6 to 9 pm, Mondays through Fridays, until February 29.
The Weekend Champagne Brunch, on the other hand, offers unlimited champagnes like Jean Vesselle and Delamotte, a menu that consists of rib eye steak, rack of lamb, cochinillo and a Raclette station for P1,000 net. The offer will be available every Saturday and Sunday, from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm, until March 20.
