    Top leaders in Philippine real-estate recently gathered during the Biz­NewsAsia Real Estate Who’s Who (BREW) Awards at the Hotel Intercom in Makati, with President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo presenting the awards assisted by Antonio Lopez, BizNews­Asia publisher.

    The BREW awards are in recognition of the “vision, innovative work and achievements” of the honorees in real estate and its ancillary industries. Among other BREW private-sector awardees were Megaworld Corp. president Andrew Tan; Federal Land president Alfred Ty; Ayala Land chairman Fernando Zobel de Ayala; Senate President Manuel Villar as president of Vista Land; Robinsons Land president Frederick Go; Moldex Realty president Jacinto Tan Uy; Creba Land Inc. founding chairman Atty.
