    Coming soon: ‘Philippine Realty TV’

With the real-estate boom showing no signs of slowing down, comes the country’s first TV show dedicated exclusively to the real-estate industry. Philippine Realty TV, set to air this November on ANC and ANC International on TFC (The Filipino Channel), will give local and overseas Filipinos a chance to see the latest real-estate developments in the country.

The show is hosted by the dynamic tandem of Gabe Mercado and Issa Litton, and will feature various subdivisions, condos and leisure communities within and outside Metro Manila.

“The show comes at a perfect time when overseas Filipinos are looking for ideas on what real-estate investments to consider when they come home for the holidays,” says show executive producer and creator John Aguilar. “It will be a showcase not only of real-estate developments but will also give overseas Filipinos and the international community a chance to see that the country, through our infrastructure projects,  is well on its way to economic recovery.”

Philippine Realty TV is produced by StreetPark Productions Inc. For inquiries: 436-8882 to 83, www.PhilippineRealty.tv

Clusivol Power-C partners with GMA Kapuso

As part of its commitment of caring for the health of Filipinos, Wyeth Consumer Healthcare has recently launched its “Power Proteksyon” project under its brand Clusivol Power C. The project aims to contribute in making the lives of the less fortunate become healthier by providing millions worth of Clusivol Power C to different foundations and nonprofit organizations.

According to Cyril Urbano, product manager of Clusivol Power C, the group has come up with this effort to share its success to the public.

MANUEL “NONIE” DE LA FUENTE JR., GMA Kapuso Foundation executive director, and Cyril Urbano, Wyeth Consumer Healthcare product manager

“Clusivol Power C has been doing well in the market [ranked No. 2] for a year-and-a-half already, and it’s about time that we give back to others the success of the brand by helping the less capable,” he stresses.

Targeting organizations that have wide coverage, Wyeth Consumer Healthcare has decided to give its first batch of donation to GMA Kapuso Foundation. He added that the group wanted to start the project by partnering with an organization that is known for its good service to people who are in need of medical assistance.

GMA Kapuso Foundation received P2 million worth of 60-ml bottles of Clusivol Power C. Executive director Nonie de la Fuente Jr. believes the donation is a big help to their organization.

“We rely heavily on the goodness and generosity of other people. Definitely, Clusivol Power C donations have a huge impact on us not to mention that we have a number of patients catering to health services and medical treatment—the  foundation’s Bisig Bayan [the medical assistance program] and Kalusugan Caravan [medical and dental mission], and is crucial to a lot of beneficiaries of these programs.”

When asked about the sustainability of the partnership, Urbano said that this is just the start of their partnership with GMA Kapuso Foundation.
