Polar
Mines Realty Ventures Inc. will dramatically and
aesthetically change the Timog Avenue skyline when the
company finishes the
Symphony Towers,
a 3,000-square-meter lot located on Sergeant Esguerra
Avenue.
Elizabeth M. Kalaw, chief operating officer of Polar
Mines, said the company is quite bullish on the
prospects of Symphony Towers because the project offers
high-class facilities and convenient location for the
prospective dwellers.
Further,
Kalaw stressed
Symphony
Towers
is set to bring harmony on a higher level in the
Timog Avenue
area because half of the area is dedicated to green
areas and amenities “Symphony shall sing a new melody
and strum a rhythm in the Philippine cosmopolitan
living,” she said in an e-mail interview with
BusinessMirror.

Kalaw
said the management of Polar Mines stressed there is a
lot green element in the planning as a central garden
courtyard will be put and be the convergence point of
two buildings.
Symphony
Towers
will have two towers with 24 stories each, allotting
portion of the towers as “serviced apartments.” Aside
from residential units, Kalaw said Symphony Towers will
also have commercial spaces for business process
outsourcing companies, a luxury hotel and a retail
component.
With
these facilities in place, residents will be assured of
a high form of leisure living,” she said. Kalaw said
construction of the residential towers will start in
March 2008 and turnover is expected in 2010.
Kalaw
said units in Symphony are designed to be attuned to the
active lifestyle of young professionals and start-up
families. “The units come in stylishly designed and
spacious studio, one and two bedrooms and two-bedroom
loft,” she said.
Security
is also given a high priority by Polar Mines. Closed
circuit television cameras are installed in the lobby
and major areas of the buildings. A generator is
available to ensure stable power supply while a fire
detection and alarm is installed to ensure safety.
Despite
its classy status, Kalaw said prices at Symphony Towers
are not sky-high. Studio units start at P1.4 million.
