Blue
Sapphire G&W Architects broke ground recently its
sixth build-to-own (BTO) project signaling the start of
construction of the tower. The unit owners of Blue
Sapphire were grouped together within a short period of
four months, and the tower is scheduled to be delivered
in June 2009 to the homeowners.
G&W’s
