Behind them were a trio of Koreans who have been playing regularly at John Hay. Shin Jin Woo scored a 73, Ahn Joon made a 74 and Koh Seng Min submitted a 75. Baguio boy Chester Calpotura scored a 76 to share sixth place with Young Jae Bae.

In Class C, Dr. Bayani Tecson led with a 79, followed by Hn Jun Kim with an 80. Benny Pul-oc, Par Hee Seo and Rafael Ding were in joint third with an 82.

Competitions in Class A, B, Ladies and Special Championship will be played Wednesday.
