THIS
matinee idol is cute. As in, he’s my crush—despite
persistent rumors that he’s gay.
He’s not
exactly handsome. Although many people say he is, I
don’t think his face can stand out from real handsome
people like Brad Pitt or Pierce Brosnan. He is charming,
that’s why he has enjoyed some success in the business.
While he
has been hounded by a lot of issues (like siring a child
or two out of wedlock), the rumor that he is gay just
keeps popping up like a pimple that refuses to disappear
no matter how much tretinoin you apply to it.
Now,
it’s confirmed. Another personality who is not afraid to
say he is gay finally gave me the lowdown. You see, I’ve
know this gay personality for a number of years now but
it was only recently that we became close and he finally
opened up to me with a lot of stories…including his
affair with this young actor.
“It
lasted quite some time and it was passionate to say the
least,” Gay Personality told me over coffee.
Gay
Personality is now pursuing a career as a director. And
one of the films he’d like to direct is a movie based on
their affair. “It will be a gay movie but it will not
only be a gay movie,” he said. “I want to show that
these are star-crossed lovers who have so much passion
for each other but couldn’t end up together because of
many circumstances.”
Gay
Personality is one of the most creative and witty people
I’ve ever met. While he may be a loud and flamboyant
bading, he is very truthful and NEVER lies. “Why should
I lie about my affairs?” he challenged me. “I may not be
rich but one thing I hold on firmly to is my integrity.
I mean, I’m already gay and the least that I can do is
hold on to my principles and make my parents proud.”
I asked
him what he and the matinee idol have done together that
he would hide from his parents. Without batting an
eyelash, he answered, “Ay! My van is heavily tinted,
right? We did it in the middle of traffic!”

“I don’t think I can do that but if ever he watches it,
he would know that it’s based on our story! Ha ha ha!”
my gay friend cackled while I just watched him in envy,
thinking when would I ever bag this matinee idol for
myself.
But
before more malicious thoughts crept to my mind, I
stopped myself. It was obvious my Gay Personality friend
is still involved with the gay matinee idol…even though
their affair happened years ago. In fact, he still
hasn’t moved on and hasn’t had a relationship after
that.

such as the upcoming soap opera Ysabella, the film Ouija
Board under GMA Films, and being the celebrity hawker
