NORTHERN Luzon, the eastern section of central Luzon, the Visayas and Mindanao will experience mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers or thunderstorms. The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening.
Light to moderate winds blowing from the southeast and south will prevail over Luzon and light easterly and variable over the rest of country. The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate.
