CAMPAIGN
materials brought to Comelec by Atty. Sixto Brillantes,
counsel for Makati Second District congressional candidate
Abigail Binay, are laid out. Some of the campaign materials

vote-buying complaints. Genuino's father, Pagcor chief
Ephraim Genuino, has denied that his agency is funding what
