SHE has
graced the covers of FHM, Maxim and Uno. But when asked
if she’s going to pose full frontal for the
now-controversial Playboy magazine, she said “no.”
This
only proves that though she projects a carefree,
fun-loving attitude, Nancy Jane Castiglione knows her
limits. Just recently, we caught up with Nancy at the
parking lot of Greenhills for PLDT MyDSL Speed Circuit,
which she has been endorsing for some time now.
As
endorser, she goes “drifting” all over the country. For
a couple of months, the telecommunications giant tied up
with top drift drivers to spread the good news about
PLDT myDSL packages with a tire-burning excitement.
Amid the
sound of screeching cars and hip-hop music on a
Greenhills parking lot, we asked the sexy and pretty
Nancy Jane a few questions about her life gone drifting
and as a product endorser of PLDT myDSL.
How long
have you been endorsing these PLDT products and
services?
Since
last year. I’ve been with the PLDT MyDSL Speed Circuit
Card I think since October or November. I’ve gone to
Cebu and other parts of the country. Here in Metro Manila, I’ve
visited top schools and malls. Drifting is really fun
and a lot of people are into it. It’s safe and it’s not
really that expensive.
Aren’t
you afraid of being in the middle of the field while
speeding-drifting cars are turning around you?
Nope.
No, I’m not scared because drifting is controlling a car
that is out of control. And since we’ve been touring
I’ve been in cars that I’ve also tried while in
practice. I know naman that nothing will happen.
But have
you tried driving like that?
Yeah,
’cause DMF drift school is sponsoring me to learn. I
just don’t have enough time ’cause I’ve just launched my
album. I’ve had a few lessons. I think I know a lot but
I need to practice hands-on being in the car.
Do you
use PLDT at home?
Yes. Of
course I do.
What
product?
I have
the Plan 990 lang. Timing nga kasi I just moved
from
Pasig City
to Makati. So I needed to get a new landline. Of course,
MyDSL kasi I need to be online to get in touch with
family in Canada. I got Plan 990 ’cause you get a
landline and a DSL. So it’s perfect for me.
