Express names new |

head
for the Philippines |
|

|
TNT, one
of the world’s leading express integrators, announced
the appointment of Cetin Yalcin as the new country
general manager for TNT Express Philippines. Yalcin’s
immediate focus is to grow the revenue and profitability
of the Philippine office of the Netherlands-based
company. A TNT veteran of almost 15 years, Yalcin was
appointed to lead the business in the Philippines as
part of TNT’s aggressive growth plans and expansion in
the region.
Prior
to this appointment, Yalcin was the sales and marketing
director of TNT Turkey, where his excellent performance
resulted in revenue quadrupling in a span of 10 years.
During his earlier stint as the operations manager for
TNT Turkey in 1997, Cetin played a critical role in the
establishment of the country’s air-freight operations.
