    Outlining expectations

Many companies, busy dealing with pressing day-to-day issues, have not taken the time to set out company responsibilities, and office policies and procedures, let alone review or update them. Today, according to Bubuwit, that is no longer acceptable and more and more companies have discovered the value of clearly outlining their expectations and setting company standards to move themselves forward.

Bubuwit squeaks that one company in the industry does not bring about positive change. This company does not have clearly defined codes of conduct and, worse, employees are not well-versed in proper correctness. When things go spiraling out of control, guests want to be secure in the knowledge that people around them are skilled at keeping it together under pressure, that rude and discourteousness behavior is not permitted and that those responsible for overseeing their well-being are well-trained and know the expected code of conduct in any circumstance.

When setting company codes of conduct and standards, it is time for “plain speak,” ensuring that there is no room for confusion. How your employees act and react at business functions put on by your company and at events where they act as company representatives can affect the level of return that you receive on your investment, reflect back on the company and impact its growth.

Bubuwit says there must be no room left for misunderstandings, misinterpretation or misbehavior. Bubuwit will be watching to see how your company conducts business and how individuals are comporting themselves and interacting with others in and out of office, during company events and when acting as a company representative.

    Surprises

There can be many surprises that reveal themselves. This person’s comeback at his/her former company has raised many eyebrows—was that an escape of an unfortunate experience in his/her former job or merely because it was the call of a heart to come back to where he/she is right now? Bubuwit keeps mum. This person’s identity is not new to everyone, very popular indeed. To which Bubuwit says, good luck!
