    The Exchange Regency
    Breaking ground on infinite possibilities

INFINITE lifestyle possibilities are set to open up for condominium buyers and investors as Nobleland Ventures Inc. recently broke ground on its newest residential condominium that seamlessly combines the concept of urban luxuries, innovative architecture and affordable living.

Dubbed The Exchange Regency, the 42-story tower is envisioned to be the newest architectural landmark in the heart of the Ortigas Center business district, gracing the prime location at the three corners of Exchange Road, Meralco Avenue and Jade Drive with its unique infinity symbol-shaped structure that offers expansive views of the surrounding areas.

“The Exchange Regency will be a marvel in design and innovation; a true architectural masterpiece that will exhibit Nobleland Ventures’ dedication to producing that showcase quality and excellence at a glance,” said Nobleland Ventures general manager Jonas O. Senia.

Nobleland Ventures Inc., whose mother company is the pioneer steel industry giant Linton Inc., marks The Exchange Regency as the shining example of its commitment to integrity, product excellence and value.

Banking on past projects that helped establish Nobleland Ventures Inc. as a company that places quality development at the forefront, The Exchange Regency continues the legacy of elegance and function in design showcased by The Salcedo Park Twin Towers, Leighton Place Townhomes, Fiesta Shopping Mall, E-Square Mall and the Park Tower Condominium.

The design of The Exchange Regency, executed by Architect Albert Yu of Asya Design Partner, departs from the traditional block-type structures commonly seen in most condo developments; the new edifice sets the newest standard for architecture in the country with its smooth-flowing infinity shape that connotes efficiency, flexibility and expandability of design, giving future homeowners a host of various options to choose from.

Unveiled during the project launching, the scale model of  The Exchange Regency revealed living spaces within the tower that blend to its design inspiration, providing future residents with an unparalleled ability to customize their own space to their liking, simply by buying two adjacent units and combining it into one spacious pad.

Partnering with Lor Calma Design Inc. and Asuncion-Berenguer Inc., two of the best interior design firms in the country, Nobleland Ventures Inc. set the stage to transform The Exchange Regency into a truly world-class residential tower.

Architect Ed Calma ingeniously designed the one-bedroom and the loft model units to maximize the living space. The one-bedroom unit showcases a rustic appeal, with wood accents in the walls and ceilings to match the rows of cabinets.

High ceilings and wide windows in all units present not only aesthetically pleasing atmosphere, but also an environment-friendly design, since less power would be needed due to the natural lighting. The high ceilings allow for better ventilation, hence less need for air conditioning.
