    Urban resort development in the
    metropolis endorsed by industry pros
     

    BEING the first urban resort development of its kind in Metro Manila makes TRIbeca Private Residences a good investment.

    According to real-estate expert Manuel Alleje, managing director of The Property Forum Philippines and an industry veteran, the project has all the elements of a good buy because of its strategic location and, most of all, its myriad of amenities and features that elevate the would-be buyers’ lifestyle.

    “Even the existing country clubs cannot match what TRIbeca is offering,”  he says.  “Where else can you find a condominium development that offers three hectares of Active Spaces and a 1,800-sq-m pool among its many amenities?”

    Alleje observes that most condominium developments in the country right now offer the same views for its residents.

    “It’s either the sky or the next building.  And when you step out, there’s really not much to see either,” he says.

    Strategic location

    Situated on a 9.7-hectare property off the Sucat Interchange, TRIbeca residences is near the Metro’s central business districts.

    “Traffic congestion is one of the things that you try to avoid when considering a real-estate investment.  And at TRIbeca, you don’t have to suffer from that.  In fact, it is easier to get to Makati from TRIbeca than when you are coming from Taguig.  It is just a five- to 10-minute drive. And going to Alabang is just a five-minute cruise,” he says.

    TRIbeca can be accessed through a straight drive along South Luzon Expressway (from Makati or Alabang) or Dr. A. Santos Avenue (Sucat Road from Parañaque).

     

    Good property management

    Alleje adds that TRIbeca is a good investment because it comes from a company that “is already known for its expertise in residential resort development.”

    “And they are applying that same expertise in TRIbeca,” he says.
