BEING
the first urban resort development of its kind in Metro
Manila makes TRIbeca Private Residences a good
investment.
According
to real-estate expert Manuel Alleje, managing director
of The Property Forum Philippines and an industry
veteran, the project has all the elements of a good buy
because of its strategic location and, most of all, its
myriad of amenities and features that elevate the
would-be buyers’ lifestyle.
“Even
the existing country clubs cannot match what TRIbeca is
offering,” he says. “Where else can you find a
condominium development that offers three hectares of
Active Spaces and a 1,800-sq-m pool among its many
amenities?”
Building
not just concrete, but elevating lifestyles
These
amenities and features were built into the development
through the design of renowned architectural firm
Recio+Casas and landscape designer Efren Aurelio
Alleje
observes that most condominium developments in the
country right now offer the same views for its
residents.
“It’s
either the sky or the next building. And when you step
out, there’s really not much to see either,” he says.
“Landco
has always been focused on not just building concrete,
but ensuring an almost complete change in the lifestyle
of its homeowners,” Alleje explained.
Landco
is the same company behind the high-end developments
Peninsula de Punta Fuego, Terrazas de Punta Fuego, Amara
en Terrazas, Playa Calatagan, Leisure Farms and
Ponderosa Leisure Farms, among others.
Alleje
says that since urban dwellers nowadays are more into
the idea of “cocooning” or staying close to home,
having the amenities and features that TRIbeca offers is
a welcome change.
Strategic location
Situated
on a 9.7-hectare property off the Sucat Interchange,
TRIbeca residences is near the Metro’s central business
districts.
“Traffic
congestion is one of the things that you try to avoid
when considering a real-estate investment. And at
TRIbeca, you don’t have to suffer from that. In fact,
it is easier to get to Makati from TRIbeca than when you
are coming from Taguig. It is just a five- to 10-minute
drive. And going to Alabang is just a five-minute
cruise,” he says.
TRIbeca
can be accessed through a straight drive along South
Luzon Expressway (from Makati or Alabang) or Dr. A.
Santos Avenue (Sucat Road from Parañaque).
Good
property management
Alleje
adds that TRIbeca is a good investment because it comes
from a company that “is already known for its expertise
in residential resort development.”
“And
they are applying that same expertise in TRIbeca,” he
says.
TRIbeca
Private Residences is being developed in partnership
with ATR KimEng Land Inc., an affiliate of ATR KimEng
Financial Corp., one of the largest nonbank investment
houses in the country.
Landco
Pacific Corp. is a multiproduct developer of
high-quality residential resorts, leisure farms,
